John Ashton

     Dr. John Ashton is Chief Chemist for a leading Australian food company and heads an internationally recognized food research group. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and a research consultant to the Department of Food Technology at the University of Newcastle, New South Wales.
